James came out to sort out a large wasp nest in the roof. He was professional and enthusiastic and after dealing with the wasps and the nest we were more than happy. Fantastic job by Mark (and Phil), who was extremely knowledgable about bees. They removed a bee nest that was in my house walls, the bees having entered through an airbrick, very high up. They arranged the scaffolding, removed the bees, and resealed so the bees could not return. Nothing was too much trouble. Helped me out with some other few jobs and gave sound advice. Would heartily recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Everyone was extremely professional, I rang up and got booked extremely quickly, there was a slight delay with my appointment on the day which was no fault of the teams, and I was told well before my allocated slot so it was no problem, guys who came to my home were extremely polite and professional. Responded to request to do a survey the same day. Came back to do the work 7 days later. All work was explained and done to a high standard,all nesting material removed and the site left clean and tidy. A very reliable company.

Mark and his team came to help get rid of some squirrels in my loft and the team were courteous, punctual and friendly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly reassuring. These guys did an amazing job from start to finish. Responded quickly, found out quickly where the rats were coming from and how they were getting into my loft. Tried bait at first and rats kept coming back but after lifting a slab up on the driveway they found the access and egress, they dug resolved the pipework and hole issue and cemented and ever since then not heard rats since.
