I received first class service from Topline and couldn't be happier. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem (carpet moths) in seconds, offering great advice on how to deal with the problem including saying it was probably best to get a new carpet. Very honest indeed. Also the visit was to my mums house who has Alzheimers and they followed my instructions not to knock to the letter as they arrived before I did. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Great service exceedingly accommodating staff.
Our latest call was for swarms of flies and they were round within a couple of hours. The treatment was effective immediately.
Our previous call was for a couple of Rats in our loft.
Topline left no stone unturned to resolve the problem and even replaced the smelly loft insulation, not what you'd expect from pest control!
I feel that their pricing is more than fair for the tasks they do.
I defiantly recommend this team for your pest problems.

Their quote and price was far far more reasonable than a lot of companies too,, just goes to show ya that so many companies out there just like to rob ya,, but not these lads,, very very fair price.

Fantastic job by Mark (and Phil), who was extremely knowledgable about bees. They removed a bee nest that was in my house walls, the bees having entered through an airbrick, very high up. They arranged the scaffolding, removed the bees, and resealed so the bees could not return. Nothing was too much trouble. Helped me out with some other few jobs and gave sound advice. Would heartily recommend, and wouldn't hesitate to use again should the need arise.

We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent - no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.

Responded to request to do a survey the same day. Came back to do the work 7 days later. All work was explained and done to a high standard,all nesting material removed and the site left clean and tidy. A very reliable company.
