Yesterday called Topline about bees near a shed soon to be removed in my garden. I wanted a safe removal and relocation of bees as they are an essential insect to our food pollination. This company are just the company plus I wanted workers who will remove shed to be safe. I had a phonecall sameday with an appointment later on in that day. Perfect polite service. Phil arrived and explained everything. He was diligent very personnable but could not find a nest even after removi g part of the floor. The bees actually stayed did not attack and fewer in number than I realised. I felt guilty for the calling the company but Phil was gracious and said he had never come across it before in his 10years experience. All I can say besides thank you is this company is what should be available from all companies, polite, effecient, hardworking 11/10 from me. P

I had a good chat with the lovely lady who answered my call and made an appointment for a survey the following day. I was given a time and then notified that Mark would be early which I thought was very good. Mark arrived to tell me that the swarm of honey bees that had been in the chimney and escaping in to the house, had gone. Even though I could still hear buzzing, he told me that they were only stragglers and would soon go. I had been so stressed, this news was such a relief. I will definitely recommend the company.

I received first class service from Topline and couldn't be happier. They came out quickly and diagnosed the problem (carpet moths) in seconds, offering great advice on how to deal with the problem including saying it was probably best to get a new carpet. Very honest indeed. Also the visit was to my mums house who has Alzheimers and they followed my instructions not to knock to the letter as they arrived before I did. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Great service exceedingly accommodating staff. Our latest call was for swarms of flies and they were round within a couple of hours. The treatment was effective immediately. Our previous call was for a couple of Rats in our loft. Topline left no stone unturned to resolve the problem and even replaced the smelly loft insulation, not what you'd expect from pest control! I feel that their pricing is more than fair for the tasks they do. I defiantly recommend this team for your pest problems.
